We process your media to make your content and tune your voice — nothing more. No selling, no shared training, no watermarks.
What we collect
Your account details, the links and files you submit, the voice samples you paste, and the edits you keep. That last one matters: kept edits are what teach your fingerprint.
How it’s used
To transcribe your media, generate your formats and clips, and tune your personal voice model. Your content trains your fingerprint only — never a shared model, never another customer’s.
Who touches it
Three processors, each under contract: Supabase (storage & auth), Groq (transcription), and Anthropic (generation). Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.
Retention & deletion
Uploads are deleted from processing servers within 24 hours; your library persists until you delete it. Account deletion erases everything — including the fingerprint — within 30 days.

Export, correct, or erase your data any time from Settings, or write to privacy@kaleidly.com. We answer within 7 days.
