Your content, your copyright
Everything you upload and everything Kaleidly drafts for you belongs to you. We claim no rights over your output. Paid plans carry no watermark; the free tier adds a small corner wordmark.
Credits & billing
One credit is one minute of video. A project costs one credit per minute of the range you choose, rounded to the nearest minute and never less than one, and that covers every clip and post from it. The cost is shown before you start and is set aside when the project starts. Re-rendering an edited clip costs 1 credit; refining or regenerating a post is free. Credits are returned automatically if a run fails or you cancel it. Free includes 10 credits a month, Pro 200 and Pro Plus 500; a range can be up to 60 minutes on Free and 3 hours on paid plans. Paid plans (Pro and Pro Plus) are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout in your local currency, cancellable any time; there is no overage billing.
Fair use
No submitting media you don’t have rights to, no impersonating other people’s voices, no spam farms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Drafts, not gospel
Generated content is a draft in your voice — you are the editor of record. Review before you publish; you’re responsible for what goes out under your name.
Leaving
Cancel from Billing in two clicks. Your library stays readable on Free; delete your account and everything goes with it.
